DIRECTORS WISH LIST

This page contains an list of details for the style of the movie. It is based on our discussions in the letters page.

The Dragons in the movie will be real models for close-ups and CG for distance shots only. Larry Elmores dragons look perfect. Human characteristics with a not too human facial expression. I.E. The close-ups in 'Dragonslayer' and the flight/fight scenes in D&D.

Each movie in the trilogy will be called 'Dragons of Autumn Twilight' etc etc. Not Dragonlance: The Movie 1...2...3

The movies main characters will be Tanis, Tas, Caramon and Raistlin as these are the most consistant throughout the trilogy.

All actors will be talented unknowns for true character representation - with perhaps a superstar cameo ala Obi-Wan/Alec Guiness!!

The movies will be as close to the books as possible, without sacrificing the flow of the movie and to fit into no more than two and half hours.
